We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the customer's address within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK. Make sure to provide the correct address during checkout to ensure smooth delivery!

Future Expansion:
We are considering expanding our shipping options to other areas in the future to better serve our international customers.


2. SHIPPING COSTS

Within the United Kingdom

Free Shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

No Hidden Fees:

All costs, including shipping charges, are clearly stated at checkout.


3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order Cutt Off:

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (GMT) from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) GMT.

Weekend Orders:

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Transit Time:

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Business Days:

Shipments are only made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Notes:

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to external factors, such as weather conditions or delays in transportation.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

6-9 business days from the date of purchase.

7. RETURN POLICY

Returns:

We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, Crafmasters will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item and will be refunded to the original payment method.


8. RESTOCKING FEE

No Restocking Fee:

Crafmasters does not charge any restocking fees for returns, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.


9. RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

For Defective or Incorrect Products:

No cost to the customer. We will cover the return shipping if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective.

For Customer Remorse (e.g., wrong product purchased):

The customer will be responsible for the actual return delivery costs.
