Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Countries Eligible for Returns and Refunds

Currently, only the United Kingdom is eligible for returns and refunds.

Conditions for Return

The following conditions must be met for a product to be eligible for return:

Return Process

Once it is verified that the product qualifies for a return, we will arrange for a courier collection. Our preferred return method is Post Mail. You may choose to receive either a refund or a replacement of the product, based on your preference.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in some cases.

Return Cost

The return cost depends on the reason for return. If you have simply changed your mind and no longer wish to keep the product, you will be required to cover the delivery and return costs.

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the delivery and return costs, where applicable. A return label will be included in such cases.

Specific Scenarios

In the case of a wrong order, which is rare, you should take a photograph of the received item and send it to us along with the details of your original order. We will verify the issue and provide a refund or replacement.

If you experience a change of mind and no longer need the item, you must inform us within 14 days. A refund will be issued after we receive the original, unused product.

Exchanges

At Craft Masters, we do not offer exchanges. However, we’re pleased to inform you that there is no restocking fee applied to returns.

Refund Process

The refund process will begin once the returned item has been received and verified. The payment will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This process may take 5–7 working days to complete.
